She was predeceased by: her parent Francis Smith; her husband Donald MacHale; her daughter Susan Hartsig Lek; and her former husband Robert Hartsig. She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Hartsig Ramik, Virginia Hartsig Damio of Trumbull, CT and Nancy Hartsig Dennert of Southington, CT.; her sons-in-law, Samuel Lek and Frank Loren Dennert; and her stepson D. J. MacHale (Eve). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
