She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick W. Heinsz Jr.; her parents, George Lattanzi and Harriet Philbrick Lattanzi; her son Frederick W. Heinsz III; and her siblings, George, William Lattanzi and Valerie Lattanzi.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Prusasky (Michael) of Trumbull; her daughter-in-law Linda Heinsz of Preston; her grandchildren, Kelly O'Reilly, Matthew Heinsz, Sarah Wadsworth (Kent) and Lisa Prusasky; her great grandchildren, Ethan Heinsz and Kaylynn O'Reilly; and her siblings, Norman Lattanzi of Shelton and Marie Pawluk of Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
