He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil For and Stella Balusek Sr. For. He is survived by: his wife Anne Cottle; his brother Brian Balusek (Ann); his nieces, Meryl, Beth and Gwen Balusek; and his pets, Zeke and Axel. He is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
