She is survived by: her children, James D. Murphy (Karen) of Shelton, CT, Douglas R. Murphy of Siesta Key, FL, Karen E. Gibson (Stephen) of Stratford, CT and Glen R. Murphy (Jill) of North Smithfield, RI.; her sister Mary Mulholland Cootes of St. Annes Lancashire; and her grandchildren, Connor Murphy, Autumn Murphy, Lauren Murphy and Gage Murphy.
