He was predeceased by: his parents, Vitantonio Boccuzzi and Domenica Boccuzzi. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Boccuzzi; his son David Boccuzzi (Marina); his grandson Max; and his sister Olimpia Melchionno (Bart) of Monroe.
