With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Joy Holliday of Trumbull, Connecticut, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Holliday and Augustine Holliday (Joy); his daughter Dawn Regina; his grandson Adam Holliday Reed; and his sisters, Millie Jackson and Sadie Holliday.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Holliday (Scott); his daughters, Robin Reed (Alan) of Newburgh, NY and Brook Alston (Glenn) of Trumbull; his grandchildren, Jillian Crawford (Joe) of Middletown, NY, Erica Reed of Newburgh, NY, Andre Regina of Middletown, NY and Chance Alston of Trumbull; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Crawford III and Jonah Edward Crawford.
Guests will be required to wear a mask and socially distance as they enter the building, pay their respects and then exit in order to allow others the same opportunity.
