She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Kubik. She is survived by: her mother Mary Kubik (Chorba); her husband Michael; her children, Maureen Ulsamer (Karl) of West Haven, Lori Ann Sucic (Steve) of Southport and Brian; her grandchildren, Monica, Percival, Michael, Luke, Andrew and Alexander; and her sister Mary "Peggy" Campanella of Pittston, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
