He is survived by: his spouse Patricia D. Bogen; his sons, David Bogen (Donna) and Doug Bogen; his stepdaughter Deborah Rusatsky (Peter); and his grandchildren, Shaun, Ryan Bogen, Joanne and Sarah Bogen.
