He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louis Letizia and Victoria Letizia Cook. He is survived by: his significant other Gertrude "Gertie" Potenziani Letizia; his sister Mary Letizia Massaro; his sons, Daniel Joseph Letizia, Jr. and Dennis Louis Letizia (Michele Segers Letizia); his grandchildren, Madison Shae Letizia, Morgan Rhae Letizia, Brendan Gerard Letizia and Nicholas John Letizia; and his close friend Joe Mastrianna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
