She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Bockenstedt; her husband Dr. Eugene J. Lacobelle; and her son Eugene Richard Lacobelle. She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Lacobelle (Kathleen Byrne-Lacobelle), Catherine E. Teitell (Robert J. Devlin, Jr.), Nicholas J. Lacobelle (Patricia) of Huntington and Michele C. Lacobelle of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Margaret, Brigid Lacobelle, Richard J. Teitell, Brendan, Shane, Rachel and Anna Lee Lacobelle; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Jack and Samuel Teitell.
