He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Dziesinski Figlar and John C. Figlar. He is survived by: his friend Joanne Flanagan; his son Charles Figlar Jr. (Nancy Masloski) of Monroe; his brothers, Robert (Judith Figlar) of Stratford and Raymond (Sandra Robertson) of Stratford; his niece Heather; and his nephew Raymond.
