He was predeceased by: his father Bradford Chaffee. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Chaffee; his daughters, Madeline Martinez (Matt), Kimberly Chaffee (Will) and Aline Aslanian; and his sister Pamela Malamphy (Jay).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Brad's name to Nichols Improvement Association, Attn: Treasurer, 1773 Huntington Turnpike, Trumbull, CT 06611, as Brad spent most of his childhood at Frog Pond in Nichols. Donations may also be made to St. Vincent's Swim Across the Sound.
