He was predeceased by: his parents, Thor L. Skoog and Wilhemina Linderburg Skoog; and his siblings, Dorothy Justinius, Doris Skoog and Harry Skoog.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Ahlers Skoog; his sons, David Skoog, Sr. (Mary Ellen) of Trumbull and Richard Skoog (Sue) of Monroe; and his grandchildren, David Jr. and LCpl.
