She was predeceased by: her husband Abraham Matthews; her parents, John Zamary and Sadika Zamary (Nassara); and her brothers, Joseph and John.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Buzel (George) of Trumbull, David Matthews of Newtown, Michael Matthews (Carolyn) of Southbury and Mary McNelis (David) of Woodbridge; her grandchildren, Sara, Paul Buzel, David, Jacquelyn Matthews, Kevin, Alexandra Matthews, Daniel (Alexandra), Michael, Jonathan and Victoria McNelis; and her sister Mary. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
We ask that all attendees please wear masks in the church.
