It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna B. Moccia of Trumbull, Connecticut, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Piro and Anna Novak Piro. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Moccia; her children, Joseph Moccia II (Barbara) of Stamford, Elena Stevenson (James) of Norwalk and Lisa Valenzisi (Ralph) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Brian, Alexa, Kevin and Callie; and her brother Edward Piro of Norwalk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Face masks must be worn, and social distancing is expected. Due to the concerns about social gatherings affecting us all at this time, all other services were held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
