He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastiano Magliocco and Natalina Testani Magliocco; his grandson Angelo James Magliocco; his brother Quirino Magliocco; and his former wives, Fernanda and Bettina.

He is survived by: his wife Lidia Mizzoni Magliocco; his children, Lucy Marini (John) of Monroe, Mary Sekerak (Richard Jr.) of Monroe and Angelo Magliocco (Jenifer) of Trumbull; his grandchildren, Krystyna (Anthony Baumann), Dr. Erika (Taylor Wachs), Danielle Sekerak, Dr. Richard Sekerak III, Tiffany Marini (Chase Godfrey), Ayden and Adisyn Magliocco; and his great grandchildren, Lucas and Isabella Baumann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
