With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yvonne Adorno of Torrington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Janik (Lawendowski) and Theodore Janik; her granddaughter Samantha; and her siblings, Theodore Janik and Marcia Lazauskas.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph Marshall Adorno; her son Joseph Adorno Jr. (Julie); her grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Jelani and Callista; her daughter Debora Dlugokinski (Jan Michael); her grandchildren, Karel and Jan Michael Jr.; her son Greg Adorno (Michelle); her grandson Cory James; her daughter Cheri Rutz (Adam); her grandchildren, Preston and Brianna; and her sisters, Karen Slater and Doreen Thurz (David).
