He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eleanor Skutt (Paul), Irene Poit (Howard), Elsie Landi (Romolo), Marge Videtto and Edward Soja (Janet).

He is survived by: his wife Arlene Soja of Torrington; and his children, Deanna Joyce (Brian) of Waterbury and Thomas J. Soja (Tami) of Torrington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
