It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven D. Barney of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Barney and Claudia Barney (Boldt); and his brother Gerald Barney. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Barney and Nicholas Barney; and his brother David Barney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
