With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Sawitzke of Torrington, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 23, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sawitzke, Jr. and Hattie A. Sawitzke (Leichner); her sister Sheila Waters; and her brother-in-law David. She is survived by: her cousins, Ellen Leichner, Carl Leichner, Carol Leichner, Susan Sloan, Sandra Sawitzke, Richard Sawitzke, Clarence Troemel and Linda Magyar; and her nieces and nephews, Kathy Waters, Gus Waters, Michael Waters, Jim Waters, Julie Schoelzel and Heather Waters.
