He was predeceased by: his parents, Gedeon Casavant and Doris Casavant (Fecteau); and his brother Roy Casavant. He is survived by: his wife Donna Casavant (Borra); his son Scott Casavant; his daughter-in-law Beth; his granddaughters, Julia and Emma of Shrewsbury, MA; and his siblings, Robert J. Casavant (Joan) of Orleans, MA and Doreen Roy (Bill) of Barkhamsted.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (82 Litchfield St, Torrington, CT 06790). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Paul the Great Parish (160 Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
