Marshall Jr. of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Marshall and Helen Marshall (Smigel). He is survived by: his siblings, James Marshall (Melina) of Conway, SC and Blanche Martin (Jim) of Goshen, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
