Marlene Parker Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marlene Parker of Torrington, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Hornfischer and Gertrude Hornfischer (Jasch); her husband Gary R. Parker; and her daughter Debra Melaragno. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Begey (Gary Begey) of Torrington; her son-in-law Al Melaragno of Torrington; her grandchildren, Michael Melaragno, Andrew Melaragno (Brittaney), Eric Begey (Danielle), Lauren Patnaude (Andrew), Nicholas Melaragno and Kevin Begey (Sarah); her brother Glenn Hornfischer (Jane); and her sister-in-law Lucretia Goodwin. She is also survived by five great granddaughters and one great grandson.
