She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stengel and Irene Shanahan Stengel. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Vargas (Al) and Fred Stengel; her niece Sydney Stengel; her nephew Adam Vargas; her uncle Matthew; her aunt Lois Shanahan; and her godmother Lillian Fairchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Francis Church (160 Main St, Torrington, CT 06790).
