She was predeceased by: her father Harry Koltuniak. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Koltuniak (Shores); her children, Cody Walton (Jess Gale) and Christal Hutchins (Steve); her boyfriend Leo Remillard; and her pets, Pearl, Pupa, Dixie and Duke.
