Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Josephine Doot of Torrington, Connecticut, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 93, on August 26, 2023. She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Vivona; her daughter Doreen Pittinger; and her sister Anne Manganelli. She is survived by: her husband Ray; her mother Maria Vivona (Fontana); her children, Duane (Kathy), Dave (Dianne), Chris (Sandy), Maria (Jim Giffune) and Greg (Eileen); her son-in-law Larry Pittinger; her siblings, Eleanor Capik and Morris Vivona; and her friend Grace Natale. She is also survived by mom or "Mima" to their six children, 19 grandchildren, and 36 greatgrandchildren.
