He was predeceased by: his brothers, Brian Proctor and Aaron Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Proctor, Kyle Proctor and Tye Proctor; his grandchildren, Donte Proctor, Kylee Proctor, Kairo Proctor and Adorn Proctor; and his siblings, Michael Proctor, Patricia Smith, Leslie Hill, Cheryl Francis and Penny Chance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home (258 Prospect St, Torrington, CT 06790). The military honors was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
