He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Flanagan and Mary Flanagan (Lapke); and his sisters, Mary Lou Flanagan and Joan Flanagan. He is survived by: his significant other Colette (Glackin); and his children, Tim Flanagan (late Shaun), Kathy Flanagan, Colette Flanagan, MaryClare Murphy (Richie), Joseph Flanagan (Colleen), Maureen Chattergy (David), Edward Flanagan (Andie), Patrick Flanagan, Ellen Cecchini (Jesse) and Maggie Stokes (Jason). He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 41 nieces and nephews.
