He was predeceased by: his father John V. Barber, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jeannine Barber (Carlson) of Winsted; his sons, Christopher Barber and John V. Barber, III; his brothers, Peter, Kenneth and Steven; his granddaughters, Victoria and Scarlett Barber; and his pets, Iggy, Ozzy and Grace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
