She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Yakubowski; and her parents, Pasquale Meda and Vincensina "Sina" Meda (Borla). She is survived by: her children, Holly Young (Brad) of Natick, MA and Matthew Yakubowski (Alana) of Jupiter, FL; her sisters, Patricia Wilcox of Winsted, CT and Nancy Brusasca (David) of Torrington, CT; and her grandchildren, Jessie Young, Mia Young and Nadine Austin. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
