She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Potter Jr.; her parents, Maurice Parsons and Hazel Parsons (Roys); and her son John E. Potter III. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey E. Potter (Bonnie) of Newburyport, MA., James E. Potter (Patricia) of Torrington, Jay E. Potter of Torrington, Janis E. McConnell (David) of Burlington, CT., Jean E. Tyburski (Paul) of Somers, CT. and Joan E. Thibault (Rene) of Bristol, CT.; and her daughter-in-law Sofia Potter Steiner of Chesapeake, VA.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
