Dolores Abbott Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Abbott of Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on December 13, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bodnar and Elaine Bodnar (Concannon); her son Daniel Abbott; her brother Donald Bodnar; her niece Cheryl Dean; and her nephews, Donald Bodnar Jr. and Brian Bodnar.
She is survived by: her friends, Lainey Fador, Irene of Maine, Donna Smith, Liz Hosford and Jim; her sons, Ronald Abbott (Darcy) of New Hartford and Paul Abbott of Torrington; her brother Gerald Bodnar (Joyce) of Torrington; her grandchildren, Ashleigh "Jam" Ost of Tampa, FL, Austin Landry of Torrington and Jason Anderson (Nicole) of Naugatuck; and her great grandchildren, Nova, Nixie and Tamzynn Cerratani of Naugatuck. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790).
