He is survived by: his son David Ryan Carey of Southington; his wife Michelle; his sons, Charles and Henry; his sister Cathleen Bradshaw-White (William White) of Holden; his nephew Tyler Bradshaw (Emily); his great-nieces, Ella and Samantha; his sister Calista Black (John Black) of Canton; his nephews, Sean, Scott Rishar and Eric Carey; and his niece Jennifer Carey.
