He is survived by: his wife Carol O'Hara (Lewis); his son Sean O'Hara (Lisa O'Hara); his grandchildren, Kreg O'Hara (Elena Osorio) and Ryan O'Hara; his son Bryan O'Hara (Anita Johnson); his granddaughter Clara Mae O'Hara; his sister Kathryn Patricia Mutrie; his nieces and nephews, Maureen, Michael, Eileen, Timothy, Sharon, Patrick and Along; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Lewis (Laurie).
