He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Foley and Lorraine I. Foley (Noel); and his siblings, Laurie Anne Woodward, Thomas and James Foley.
He is survived by: his children, Josephine, William and Gillian Foley of Rockville, CT.; and his siblings, Charles, Michael, Patrick, Timothy, John, Teresa, Catherine, Eileen, Christopher, Sean and Daniel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
