It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Dwelly of Tolland, Connecticut, born in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch "Bill" Dwelly and Helen Dwelly (Babcock); and his son Stephen Thomas Dwelly. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Linda Dwelly (Wright); his son Scott D. Dwelly; his daughter-in-law Katie Dwelly; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Dillon Dwelly; his brother Donald Dwelly (Marie); and his nephews, Mathew and Michael Dwelly.
