He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. Lewis and Irene Granger Lewis; his wife Doris Makowsky Lewis; and his siblings, William G. Lewis, Ralph A. Lewis, Mary G. Lewis and Emma Jean Haynes.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Irene Senyko (Ronald) of Glennie, MI, Robert Edward Lewis (Maureen) of Cheektowaga, NY and William James Lewis of Council Bluffs, IA; and his siblings, Reba Jones, Betty Norris of Chatsworth, GA and Jimmy Lewis of Warner Robins, GA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
