He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elliott and Juanita Elliott (Correll); and his brother David Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Elliott (Quinn); his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Karen Elliott; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Paul Black; his grandchildren, Mariah Langlois (Clement), Bailey Elliott, James Black (Marcie), Thomas Black and Casandra Black; and his great grandchildren, Ryland Langlois, Madison, Vanessa and Carter Black.
