He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara H. Newbury (Gyngell); his parents, Thomas Newbury and Eunice Newbury (Buck); and his brother Carlton. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Newbury (Deborah) of Panama City, FL, Claudia Maulucci (John) of Stafford, Sandra Wetzler (Dale) of Vernon and Cindy Strickland (Kenneth) of Coventry; and his grandchildren, Donna McLain, Geoff Wetzler, Eric Strickland, Brian Strickland, Tracy Newbury, Wayne Newbury, Jr. and Michael Chattell. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
