We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 88, Richard F. Dearstyne of Tolland, Connecticut, born in Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dearstyne and Evelyn Dearstyne (Miller); and his brothers, Stanley and Robert Dearstyne. He is survived by: his children, Ronald M. Dearstyne (Ann), Joanne D. Kupferschmid (Dean), Bonnie L. Walker (Dwight) and Lori A. Dearstyne; his grandchildren, Kim Ruiz, Tammie Szedlacsek, Tara Walker, Christy Gambrell, Katherine Abrego, Jennifer Boudle, Ashley Moore, Richard Nelson, Christopher Dearstyne and Anastasia Ratushnuk; and his sister Joan Bentley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
