It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Hannon of Tolland, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hannon and Dorothy Hannon; and her siblings, David Hannon (Nancy) of Coventry, CT, Bill Hannon of East Orleans, MA, Betty Dargati (George) of Tolland, CT and Dottie Shea of Colchester, CT..

She is survived by: her friend Roberta Ciechowski; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Hannon and David Shea. She is also survived by close friends, special neighbors.

May God bless you for your goodness and fill the sadness in your heart with loving memories and great peace. I met Mary at St. Matthew Church. She was sweet, kind, and loved God. Mary had a passion for our ProLife Ministry. She made and sold long-stemmed chocolate roses after Mass on Valentines Day and Mother's Day to raise money to rent billboard space for "1-800 Pregnancy Help".”
