He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Hand and Mary Hand (Moore). He is survived by: his former wife Judy Hand (Hlobik); his son Mark D. Hand Jr.; his close friend Kelley Alanis; and his sisters, Shari Hand Sammons (Dennis Dean Sammons), Ellen (Tom Backhaus), Marilyn (Bill Titone) and Lisa DeJesse. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and has many cousins; four great nephews; and one great niece.
He did not want a funeral, so in his memory, please donate to Shriners Hospitals for Children, PO Box 947765, Atlanta, GA 30394, as he spent a good deal of his youth with them.
