He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Flanders and Reginald Flanders (Fred); his wife Colleen Flanders; his children, Jane Elizabeth Flanders, Anne-Marie Perkins (Koelsch), Chet William Koelsch, Levi Raymond Flanders, Suzzanne Marie Russell (Flanders) and Jodi Lee Fore (Flanders); his grandchildren, Jason, Caleb, Hannah, Sam, Chris, Paul, Seth, Zach, Breanna, Sean, Alyssa, Bryce, Trevor, Devon and Mackenzie; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Noah and Jaxson; and his siblings, Ted, Sandy, Kathy, Reggie and Beth.
