He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gerardi (Duval); his son Leonard "Sonny" Gerardi, III (Kristen); his grandchildren, Barrett, Mia and Scarlett; his son Todd Gerardi (Jill); his grandchildren, Grace and Jake; his son Jay Langley (Natalie); his grandsons, Noah and Aiden; his sister Betty Marinaccio (Alan); his family Lenny; and also Ted Miasek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and very special friends.
