He is survived by: his children, David Welch Jr. (Li Hui) of Japan, Jeffrey Welch of Somers and Linda Sieber of Windsor; and his granddaughters, Heather Katuzney and Bethany Sieber. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
