He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Urban and Peter Urban; his wife Kristin; his children, Emma and Cameron; his sister Pamela Urban; his in-laws, Ray and Zan Glowaky; his sister Stacy Glowaky; his brother-in-law Joe Donahoe; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles.
