She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradley Siedlik and Julia Siedlik (Marczalek); her husband Daniel; and her sister Karen Kulpa. She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Regina), Dennis (Tammy), David (Yolanda), Deanna Pacheco and Derek (Sherri); and her siblings, Sharon Merton (Gary) and Mark Siedlik (Tracy). She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.
