She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Suchecki and Helen Suchecki (Pianka); and her siblings, Lottie, Dorothy and Eddie.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Mantlik Jr. of Tolland and Cheryl Mantlik of Olympia, WA; her grandchild Sophora Mantlik; her great grandchildren, Quentin of Coventry and Kayla Doty of Coventry; her siblings, Shirley and Richard; and her niece Linda Rumph (John). She is also survived by many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
