She is survived by: her husband Ken Welch; her children, Linda Sieber of Windsor, David Welch (LiHui) of Japan and Jeffrey Welch of Somers; her granddaughters, Heather Katuzney and Bethany Weaver; and her cousin Patricia Doyle. She is also survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
