He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathy Grant LaRosa. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Kimberley Laham; his sons-in-law, Mohammad Laham and Peter LaRosa; his granddaughters, Samantha, Alissa and Jenna (Daniel Hallak); and his sister Joyce Boudreau.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the United Congregational Church of Tolland, and the Visiting Nurse and Health Services of CT, in David's memory.
